Surrounded by natural wetlands to the south and Shelter Island Sound to the east, this beautiful North Haven property presented fascinating design challenges. Our brief was a new modern home of 6,000 square feet, with the living spaces and swimming pool on the top floor. Construction completed Summer 2023.
